What Forjance Studios LLC (“Forjance” or “we”) collects on forjance.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you book a walkthrough, the form sends us your name, work email, phone number and the task you’d hand us first, plus your company name and website if you add them. If you email us, we receive your message.
- How you use the site. HubSpot’s tracking code records which pages of forjance.com you view, when, and how you arrived, such as from a search or a link in a post. It uses the cookies listed below.
- What every visit sends. Like any website, our host and HubSpot receive your IP address and basic browser details when you load a page, and HubSpot uses them to estimate your general location. Our spam check uses the same kind of details from your browser.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare the walkthrough you asked for, and follow up about our services.
- To see which pages are useful and how people find us.
- To keep the form free of spam and abuse.
Who handles it for us
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. These service providers process it on our behalf:
- HubSpot keeps our customer records and runs the tracking code.
- Zoho runs our email.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and checks form submissions for spam. It may set its own security cookie for that check.
- AI services, run by outside AI providers, help our team read your request and prepare the work you ask for.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or our rights, or with a company that takes over our business, and we’d ask it to honor this policy.
Cookies
HubSpot’s tracking code sets these cookies on forjance.com:
- __hstc and hubspotutk recognize your browser when you come back. They last six months.
- __hssc keeps track of a single visit and expires after 30 minutes. __hssrc expires when you close your browser.
If you book a walkthrough, HubSpot links your earlier visits on forjance.com to your request, so we can see how you found us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The site and the form still work without them.
Do Not Track
Our site doesn’t change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. To keep HubSpot from recognizing your visits, block or delete its cookies.
HubSpot’s cookies are set for forjance.com only, and we don’t use advertising trackers that follow you to other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and requests while we’re working with you or might follow up. If you ask us to delete them, we’ll remove them from our records and ask the providers that hold them for us to do the same, unless the law requires us to keep something.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email [email protected].
Children
forjance.com is for businesses. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Security
Every page of the site uses HTTPS, and only our team and the providers listed above handle your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise your information will never be exposed.
Changes to this page
If this page changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
